- Add rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt to a mason jar or airtight container.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Fold in diced strawberries and chia seeds if using.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if the oats are too thick.

Notes
For a dairy-free version, skip the yogurt and use ⅔ cup milk instead of ½ cup. For extra thickness, add up to 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup as desired. If too thick in the morning, stir in a splash of milk before serving. Soak at least 4 hours, preferably 8 hours, for best texture.
