Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt to a mason jar or airtight container.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries and chia seeds if using.
  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if the oats are too thick.

Notes
