Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or add-ins (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, and sea salt.
  2. Add the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips, coconut, or chia seeds.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using clean hands.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with extra flaky sea salt if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving or storing.

Notes
