  • 1 scoop collagen or whey protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberries or strawberries, mashed
  • stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional, to taste)

Method
 

  1. Heat the almond milk gently in a saucepan over low heat. Do not allow it to boil.
  2. Slowly whisk in the unflavored gelatin until it is fully dissolved.

  4. Pour the mixture into small glass jars or silicone molds.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until fully set.
