Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (no-stir)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix the melted butter and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs and stir until thick and dough-like. Press evenly into a lined or greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. Slice into 16 bars using a warm knife for clean edges.

Notes
