- Mix the melted butter and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs and stir until thick and dough-like. Press evenly into a lined or greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. Slice into 16 bars using a warm knife for clean edges.

Notes
Use a no-stir peanut butter for best texture. For clean slices, warm your knife with hot water and wipe between cuts. Bars can be frozen for up to 2 months and enjoyed straight from the freezer like peanut butter fudge.
