Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 juice of one half lemon
  • optional: pinch of cayenne, grated ginger, or stevia

Method
 

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
  2. Add fenugreek seeds and Ceylon cinnamon. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and allow the tea to cool for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Do not boil these ingredients.
  5. Strain the tea and serve warm or pour over ice. Add optional ingredients if desired.
