- Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
- Add fenugreek seeds and Ceylon cinnamon. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pot from heat and allow the tea to cool for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Do not boil these ingredients.
- Strain the tea and serve warm or pour over ice. Add optional ingredients if desired.
