Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the drained tuna and break it up gently with a fork.
  • Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until the tuna is evenly coated.
  • Add chopped celery, hard-boiled eggs, and sweet relish. Stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill for 15 minutes before serving if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality tuna in water for best texture. For extra creaminess, add a touch of Greek yogurt. This salad keeps well for 2 days in the fridge. Serve on sourdough, in lettuce cups, or with crackers.
