Lemon Balm Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 2 tbsp fresh)
  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 slice of lemon (optional)
  • 1 dash cinnamon (optional)

Equipment

  • tea infuser or teapot
  • cup or mug
  • kettle

Method
 

  1. Add lemon balm to a tea infuser or teapot.
  2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herb.
  3. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes.
  4. Strain and enjoy warm. Add lemon or cinnamon if desired.

Notes
