- Heat the water until very warm but not boiling.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin slowly into the hot water while whisking continuously.
- Stir for 1–2 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved and smooth.
- Add cool water if using, then stir in fresh lemon juice if desired.
- Drink warm as a liquid, or pour into a cup and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set into a soft gel.
