Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1/2 cup cool water (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat the water until very warm but not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin slowly into the hot water while whisking continuously.
  3. Stir for 1–2 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved and smooth.
  4. Add cool water if using, then stir in fresh lemon juice if desired.
  5. Drink warm as a liquid, or pour into a cup and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set into a soft gel.

Notes
