Method
- Heat water to 130-140°F (hot but not boiling).
- In a small bowl, whisk gelatin powder with half the water for 5 seconds until it starts to dissolve.
- Add the rest of the water and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Stir fast and well until completely dissolved.
- Pour mixture into a small glass dish or silicone mold.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes until set.
- Eat 15-20 minutes before a meal or when cravings hit.

- Stir quickly to avoid clumps
