  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add the unflavored gelatin to hot (not boiling) water.
  2. Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved with no lumps.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar if using.
  4. Stir well and let cool slightly.
  5. Drink 20–30 minutes before a meal.
