Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 splash simple syrup (optional)
  • crushed ice
  • sugared cranberries (garnish)
  • fresh rosemary sprig (garnish)
  • coarse salt or sugar (for rim)

Method
 

  1. Rim your glass with lime juice, then dip into sugar or salt to coat the edge.
  2. Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, cranberry juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain the margarita into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig. Serve immediately.
