- Rim your glass with lime juice, then dip into sugar or salt to coat the edge.
- Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, cranberry juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain the margarita into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig. Serve immediately.

Notes
For a sweeter margarita, add a splash of simple syrup. Make it smoky by swapping tequila for mezcal, or creamy by using coconut milk and pineapple juice for a White Christmas Margarita. Chill the pitcher version for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
