Christmas Jello Balls Recipe with Marshmallows

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box flavored Jello (3 oz, cherry or lime)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the Jello mix in ¾ cup boiling water, stirring for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Immediately stir in the mini marshmallows until slightly melted and well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 1–1½ hours until thick but still scoopable.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into balls using slightly damp hands.
  5. Roll each ball in shredded coconut until fully coated.
  6. Chill for an additional 30 minutes before serving so the balls firm up completely.

Notes
