Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add the rolled oats to a mason jar.
  2. Pour in the milk and stir well to combine.
  3. Fold in the blueberries and gently mash a few to release extra flavor.
  4. Add chia seeds and plain yogurt if using.
  5. Stir again until fully combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, until thick and creamy.

Notes
