- Warm the water gently until it is comfortable to drink, not hot.
- Add the pinch of Persian blue salt and stir until mostly dissolved.
- Add the raw honey or lemon juice if using, and mix well.
- Drink on an empty stomach, either first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before bed.
